The Great 100CT Gems

Discovered in Brazil, this flawless morganite gem is named The Lotus Flower for its treasured color: It is reminiscent of the orange-pink hues found in a padparadscha sapphire. The name "Padparadscha" is derived from the Sinhalese word "padmaragaya," meaning lotus color.

Morganite gems are named in honor of one of the most prominent and celebrated gem collectors of the 1900s, JP Morgan. This particular morganite is meticulously shaped into an emerald cut, allowing one to peer into its internally flawless facets, which beautifully exhibit the gem's pristine beauty.
